E-Certificate
General Instructions:
- Scan and keep ready the following documents before applying for renewal
- Photo - Scan the recent passport size colour photo (Specifications: Image Extension: jpg, png , Maximum Size: 2mb).
- Signature - Scanned or digital image of your signature (Specifications: Image Extension: jpg, png , Maximum Size: 2mb)
- Counter Folio – If payment is made by NEFT (Offline), Counter Folio for having remitted the fee mentioning your Name & Registration No on the challan.
- Surrender your KSPC Original Registration Certificate by”REGISTERED POST WITH ACKNOWLEDGEMENT DUE”. On receipt of the same, a new Technology Enabled Tamper Proof Certificate (Microchip Embedded E-certificate) will be sent to your registered residential address. Please note that all old certificates will be invalid from 01-07-2017.
